I bugged the white card and then roughly coloured the candles in with water coloured pencils. I then went over the coloured candles with a wet paintbrush and then let dry. When it was dry I Kindy Glitzed the flames and the inked, bugged sentiments. A very easy card.Notice the top part of the card?I let the candle sheet overlap the top to add interest.
