Once again taken by Elizabeth. This one shows Jenna at the front in blue. Jenna is Debbie's daughter and is only 15 and does incredible pages and cards.

This photo was taken by Elizabeth. Left: me in yellow, Debbie in front, Right: Leonie far back and Maree in red.

CROP DAY
We had a lovely day today at my place. 5 ladies came around to spend the day with me and crop. We had a ball. I made several hand made flowers for a layout with sewing etc on them and did about 4 layouts. Was so nice to scrap with friends.
Photos to follow soon.

Had a fantastic Easter. We went away with the 4 wheel drive club to Wee Jasper. I have wanted to go there for ages as it has many memories for me. My Uncle used to own a farm called Coodravale and I have many memories of going there with my parents. While we were in Wee Jasper we went to a trivia night with the locals (Wee Jasper has 60 residents) and I got talking to a gentleman and he lived on the farm-he and his father now own Coodravale. He invited us over to see the farm and the old house which was magnificent in its day. I was so overwhelmed with emotion while I was htere. i could see my Mother cooking cakes in the kitchen (the kitchen was still how I remembered it), I could see myself hiding on the verandah from my cousin as he was always biting me, I could see the quarters away from the house where my parents slept, i could see the girls bedrooms that I thought was wonderful as a young girl and i could see the grates across the driveway that stopped the sheep from coming in. All these memories came flooding back when i saw the old homestead. How lovely of Colin to show me around.
We went on a trip into the National park, visited some caves, went on another property and saw some magnificent scenery and visited Burrinjuck Dam which was spectacular.
The days were nice and warm but the nights were freezing. I was so cold at night in our caravan.
We had a lovely time.

One day till the school holidays I can hardly wait. I am so tired at the moment. I think it might be because I haven't had my breathing machine for over a week now-almost 2 weeks. Also a very busy work load at school. I am so over marking books and exams. Hurry up holidays I need a rest.

A closer look at my book.

Some of the books that we made on the Sunday. I made the little pink one and the yellow one.
There were a few missing.

Me giving Dawn a present we all put in for having us at her place. I chose the goodies as I knew what Dawn liked.

The backgroud shows part of what we looked at all weekend.

Showing the group of Leonie(far left), Libby and debbie on the left and right Dawn(standing), Deb, Maree and me. This opened up onto the Hawksbury River and we had water views all weekend. Was a lovely place to relax and scrap.

I have recovered from another wonderful weekend away scrapbooking with friends.
This one was at Wiseman's Ferry at a friend's place on the Hawkesbury River. There were 7 of us all weekend and a friend of Dawn's came on the Saturday. I drove there with my friend Debbie on the Friday night. We arrived in the dark. We scrapped until 1:30am and then had a good nights sleep. I slept in the car as my breathing machine is broken and I didn't want to make enemies (LOL) with my snoring. It was so cozy and comfortable.
On Saturday we did a project that Deb( from Queensland) showed us and then I started a project that Libby showed us to- these were 2 books in all. Once again it was after 1am when we went to bed. Sunday morning I showed them how to make a star book. Was so much fun making all 3 books.
We all took food and shared it and had a few wines and I had brandy. Saturday night's dinner was a bar-be-que and it was so nice. We ate like Queens.

Another weekend of scrapbooking and creativity. This time I am going to Wiseman's Ferry with a group of friends to stay at Dawn's place for the weekend. She has a place on the water overlooking sandstone cliffs and the Hawksbury River. We should have a good time. So keep tuned for some photos after Monday. Perhaps I could give the ladies a geology lesson on the formation of the Hawksbury Sandstone. I am sure htey would enjoy that over a bottle of red. Anyway, I have to spend another day at school before that happens. So hurry up Friday night and happen. I think Brian thinks he is a grass widow-2 weekends in a row away from him. He will cope.

I called in to see Cooper this afternoon on the way home from school. I had some great cuddles and he loved them too.
My dear friend Debbie called in also tonight and we chatted for about an hour-firstly in the house and then in the front yard. Brian came home and said he knew we had been out the front talking for ages as the sensor light had gone off. Darn, what a give away.
I spent the rest of the night before getting onto here marking an exam for my yr 10. I have so much marking to do at the moment.

Cooper's ultra-sound from a month old approximately and a new born. What a little treasure.

I hand stitched the word baby. A plain layout of our little man.

A quick layout showing Amanda breastfeeding. I love watching a baby suckle-it is such a natural and wonderful experience. I htink Amanda would be horrified if she knew I posted htese photos of her on the web.Nothing to be ashamed of.

Here is a layout showing Amanda before she had her c-section. One of the layouts I did at camp. I am getting tired so will put the other layouts that I have put on the computer tomorrow. That is if I get back from Liverpool in time.My sleep apnea machine has decided to play up after 2.5 years. I have to put it in for a reair and borrow another one. I haven't seen little Cooper since last Thursday so i might call in and see Amanda and Cooper on the way home.

I just read what I had put in the last posts and laughed. It pays to check before you publish. I didn't put the Great Barrier Reef in a book I put photos of it in the book. LOL.

Love the morning tea. The flieswere plastic and were snuck on the cake for us to have a shock. Had to take a photo.

Me in the middle with my special friend Dorothy(right) from Wollongong and my new freind Leonie (left) from Campbelltown.Dorothy was one of the organisers this year and Leonie came to camp for the day.

What a busy little girl I was. I did 10 layouts, a star book, a folded book and put the Great Barrier Reef in it but haven't decorated it yet. I also part made another book.I was very happy with what I accommplished.

The theme of the camp was Things with Wings. These butterflies were made out of paper and were all around the room and looked fabulous.

I have been so busy that I haven't been able to get on here. Looks like I have another busy month but the school holidays are just around the corner.
I had a wonderful weekend away with friends and did lots of pages of little Cooper. It was so nice to sit and play all weekend and not have to worry about selling and doing classes. I sat next to Raeline George from Canberra and had a great time with her. I first met Raeline through an on line yahoogroup I was on and then met her in the flesh at a camp about 3 years ago. Since then I have been to many camps with her and usually sit close by. Here is a photo of Raeline and me.
