Wrapping Paper Card--

The only difference between this card and the previous ones is the pleated fabric on the bottom of the card. I have used tape to pleat the fabric onto the card. I also made the bow out of the same fabric. These cards are so quick and easy to do and so much fun.

This card can be for a wedding, engagement or Valentine's Day.
