Thinking Inking Class

This canvas I used a variety of products, mostly Tim Holtz products.
DistressInks, CracklePaint, Dabbers, chipboard, Kaisercraft bling, Gel Medium, Kindy Glitz and canvas.
The paper background I did as a demonstration a few weeks ago to show how you can make backgrounds using Ranger Distress Inks with plastic, water and white paper.
I painted the edges of the canvas with Crackle Paint but it is hard to see where the crackling occurred in this photo. I bugged the paper that has been inked and glued it to the canvas. I highlighted the stems with a dabber and smudged it.Then I used Crystallina Kindy Glitz to go over the flowers. They appear pink in the photo but in real life they are crystal in colour.
The dragonfly has also been painted with yellow crackle paint and when dry I have gone over it with a pearl dabber to soften the yellow. The bling is Kaisercraft.
I am making a series of these to go on the wall.
